Adding Medication or Fragrance Oil
• After unit has been filled with water, place the top cover in place – be sure
cover is properly in place with no tilts. Check that the oil niche is securely
in place on the top cover.
• Add a few drops of medication or fragrance oil into the niche. The warm
mist will diffuse the fragrance into the room.
• Be cautious not to drip any oil through the vapor outlet.
NOTE:
• Once unit is in operation, do not attempt to move the appliance. If it has to be moved, unplug the unit
and move with caution.
• Once the unit is in during operation, do not attempt to remove the water tank. To add water to the
tank, first turn unit off, unplug power and wait for a few minutes for the steam to dissipate.
• Pay attention to the water level - add water when low.
• When water has completely evaporated, heating will stop and the Add Water light will illuminate.
• If unit is plugged in without any water in the tank, the Add Water light will illuminate and unit cannot
be turned on.
CAUTION:
• DO NOT add any medication, fragrance oil or other additives to the water. Additives should only be
placed in the niche on the top cover.
• Keep appliance away from reach of children.
• NEVER place your hand, face or other body parts above the vapor outlet as hot vapor may cause
scalding.
